So I just heard probably the funniest thing ever. Stoolapalooza featuring Sam Adams at Libby's has only sold 200 out of the 250 tickets. Wait, I thought he was in high demand? I guess people over 21 aren't so crazy about him, which makes perfect sense because 16 year old girls aren't 21. Hey El Pres, you know why that show didn't sell out in "negative four seconds?" Because Girl Talk and SCOPE just kicked your ass. I mean, it will definitely sell out, but I think it is hilarious that it still hasn't.
I know what you're thinking, I used to shit on SCOPE a lot and now I don't. Here's the thing, SCOPE is my bitch so I have to protect them when others go after them... and I really like MGMT... and I was as high as Willie Nelson on his tour bus at that concert and had a great time.
In other news, tomorrow will be my last column of the year for TNH. Be sure to check it out (or just read in on the blog in a few hours) because I make a pretty big announcement in it, send out a few thanks and relive a few of the best moments of the year.
