Nothing like the buzz of a powerline in your ear while fishing on a warm summer day. I feel like this picture really defines and symbolizes our culture. I'm thinking of calling this something like "Industry meets Tranquility."
If I may steal a line from The Simpsons, I call this one "Man Versus Nature: The Road to Victory."
The only thing that beats casting a line out in the warm breeze after a long week of work is if you do that with a cooler full of cold beer.
Not the biggest fish of the day, but this little guy put up a helluva fight. Well, not really, it was just the only fish picture without a fisherman in frame.
